Root veggies and mushroom pie
Made following a recipe from the March 2009 Bon Appetit Magazine
It looks a little bit like the surface of Mars, let's hope it tastes better than that. Those are rosemary biscuits on top. We cooked it last night but it was finished at 2AM, so I've yet to try it. It has as lot of ingredients I've only heard of, like rutabagas and turnips, but smells pretty good.
